You get two bags. One is with you, one is with us. Every week you swap. You always have a bag to fill.
Both bags are yours to keep. Set out the full one Sunday morning and start filling the other — no rushing to empty a bag before pickup, no laundry pile on the floor waiting for a bag to come back.

Pick your pickup point. Pay once for the whole term. You get two bags — they’re yours to keep.
Leave it at your door or hand it off during your pickup window — whatever you’re comfortable with. Then start filling the other bag.
Thursday evening, it’s back — washed, dried, folded, and packed in a fresh liner inside your clean bag.

One bag, one price. Fill it however full you want. The price is the same every week — no weight limits, no overage fees, no surprise charges.
$595 for the term. Ten weeks, ten washes, under $60 a week.
Need it twice a week? Add Midweek Service and we'll pick up Thursday evening and bring it back Sunday morning. Nine midweek washes, same two bags, nothing else to buy. $350 for the term.
Comforter at the end of the term. Sheets you want washed on their own. The pile after a camping trip. Set it out with your regular bag — $2.00 a pound, and it comes back with your next delivery.
It’s $59.50 for each week before the October 4 first pickup.
Change of plans? You can cancel any time through week 8. We refund your unused weeks less a $50 cancellation fee, and your bags are yours to keep.
If we ever cancel the program, you're refunded in full for everything you haven't used — no fee, money back on your card within five business days.
No gig workers. No random drivers. No strangers handling your clothes.
From pickup to wash, dry, fold, and delivery, your laundry stays with our trained Laundry Drop employees. Every team member is on our payroll, background-checked through Checkr, and trained by us.
Your clothes are professionally cleaned at The Laundry Coin on modern, commercial-grade equipment, folded by our team, and delivered back by our team.
One trusted local team. From your doorstep—and back again.
Many laundry apps simply connect you with an independent contractor who accepts the job — and your clothes may be washed in someone’s home.
Laundry Drop is different.
Your laundry is cleaned in our professional laundromat, handled by our own trained employees, and returned on a dependable weekly schedule. And if you ever have a question, there’s a local business and a real person you can call.
Because when you hand over your clothes, it matters who you’re handing them to.

Fill it as full as it’ll close. There’s no weight limit and no per-pound charge — if you’ve got more than fits, send it as an extra load. Terms of Service §2 and §5.
Tell us at signup. The form asks about detergent, softener, allergies and sensitivities, and anything you want handled differently — that's the only place we look, so if it isn't written down we won't know. Need to change it mid-term? Text us and we'll update your file.
No. Everything in the bag washes together, warm wash and standard dry. If something needs to be kept separate, send it as an extra load.
Set it out with your regular bag on pickup day. It’s $2.00 a pound — no minimum, no bag charge, and no advance notice needed. It comes back with your next delivery.
A second wash every week. We pick up Thursday evening and bring it back Sunday morning, same spot, same bags. Nine midweek washes over the term for $350.
The term covers the ten weeks school is in session. Staying in Eugene over winter break? Add the weeks you need at signup — $70 each, or $199 for all three. Same bag, same spot. The three break pickups are Sunday, December 13 (back Thursday, December 17), Sunday, December 20 (back Wednesday, December 23) and Sunday, December 27 (back Wednesday, December 30).
No, Thanksgiving week is included. We just move that delivery to Wednesday, November 25.
Your call. Leave the bag at your door and we’ll text you a photo when we take it and when we bring it back, or meet our driver during the window and hand it off in person. If you’d rather nothing sat outside, tell us on the signup form and we’ll always knock.
If the bag isn't out during the window we can't take it, and there's no credit. Your next pickup is the following Sunday.
No dry-clean-only items, shoes, memory foam, or anything hazardous. Anything we can't wash comes back unwashed at no charge and we'll text you a photo.
Paint, grease, mud, or anything that needs a second wash carries a $20 heavy soil surcharge — and we ask you first. We text you a photo by Tuesday morning and need your yes by noon that day. If we don’t hear back, we don’t wash it and it comes back to you as it went out, at no charge.
Get in touch and give us the new address. If you’re still inside the service area it shouldn’t be a problem — we’ll move your pickup spot and carry on. If the new address is outside it we can’t reach you, so we cancel and refund your unused cycles less the $50 cancellation fee. Terms of Service §19.
We serve addresses within about a mile and a half of campus. It’s a radius, not a city — being in Eugene isn’t enough on its own, and we check every address at signup. If you’re not sure, send it to us before you pay and we’ll tell you straight. Terms of Service §19.
No. A subscription covers one household at one address and isn’t transferable.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll investigate and make it right. Our responsibility is the lesser of the item's actual cash value or $125 per item, up to $250 per bag.
Yes. The term is paid in full at signup in a single payment. We keep a card on file for extra loads and add-ons, and we always tell you before we use it.
Yes, any time through week 8. We refund your unused weeks at $59.50 each less a $50 cancellation fee, plus any unused Midweek washes and break weeks. Your bags are yours to keep. In the last couple of weeks of the term there’s nothing meaningful left to refund, so it just runs out.
Yes. Early Start adds weeks ahead of the term at $59.50 each, and the earliest first pickup is Sunday, September 6. Pick your start date on the signup form and the price adjusts.
First pickup is Sunday, October 4.
