The route

Same Days Every Week

Your town sets your days. Book by 8 PM the day before and set your laundry out by 8 AM. Need to skip a week? Tell us by 8 PM the day before and there’s no charge.

One Rate, Pickup and Delivery Included

$2.50 / lb

Washed, dried, and folded, with pickup and delivery included. There is no delivery fee and no membership charge.

What you pay on a first order

A 20 lb first order $62

You hear the number before we charge it. We weigh at the shop, text you the weight and the total, then charge the card you saved at booking. Never the other way round.

Heavily Soiled Laundry — $20, and Only With Your Approval First

Mud, paint, grease, heavy pet hair — we’ll still wash it, it just needs an extra cycle. We text you a photo with the $20 stated before washing anything. No reply means no wash and no charge.

Laundry Drop is run by The Laundry Coin, a locally owned laundromat in Cottage Grove. Your laundry is picked up, washed, folded, and delivered by our own employees — trained, background-checked people on our payroll, working in our own shop on commercial machines. They live here, and they answer for the result.

Our machines are shared, so we can’t guarantee against cross-contamination. This field is the only place we look, and what you write here is what reaches the person washing your laundry.

Payment and consent

The next screen is Stripe’s, not ours — we never see or store your card number. Your card is kept on file and charged after each pickup is weighed, once we’ve texted you the total.

I authorize The Laundry Coin to keep my card on file and charge it for each order at $2.50 a pound with a 20 pound minimum, the $12 bag on my first order, any specialty items, and an approved heavy-soil surcharge, and a $25 trip charge if a collection isn’t cancelled by 8 PM the day before and there’s nothing to collect — always after you tell me the amount. * I authorize doorstep delivery.
